　　This role will set the strategy and provide leadership, direction, and insight for innovative learning solutions and scalable skill-based training and leadership development programs, enterprise-wide, that integrates the needs of our vast and global businesses and aligns with our talent strategy and commitments to advance racial equity. This position will report to the VP, Head of Learning and Development and will lead an agile pool of learning professionals who will design, deliver, and implement solutions (including, but not limited to, leadership development programs and experiences, executive talent programming, manager capability, and enterprise upskilling) that aligns to our vision and strategy and supports business growth.

　　The current Employee Work Arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence in Newark at least two times a week. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

　　What you'll need:

　　Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college / university or equivalent experience.10+ years of professional work experience in designing and implementing learning strategies with a focus on improving leadership capability, talent strategies, and organizational learning.In-depth understanding of current learning theories and their application to training design; experience in design thinking and leading areas such as curriculum development, instructional design, planning, facilitation, learning policy, and implementing efficient learning solutions.Innovative problem-solving skills to address training challenges and adapt strategies required; maintains connection with external marketplace and learning industry leaders; uses analytical mindset to assess learning program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and leading high performing teams and a solid understanding of how-to development for a diverse employee base.Possesses a consultative mindset and leverages a combination of impeccable verbal and written communication skills, highly developed emotional intelligence, and data fluency to drive decision-making.

The salary range for this role is from $201,900.00 to $273,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
