　　The Vendor Managed Inventory Site Leader is responsible for ensuring a great customer experience to our contractors. You lead a team of 1- 2 associates focused on product placement, inventory accuracy, branch cleanliness and team development while driving sales and completing orders.

　　This role is a “working manager” and is expected to also perform warehousing responsibilities including picking, organizing, and staging customer pickups.

　　Primary Job Responsibilities

　　Manage the daily operation of a wholesale/distribution branch and ensure orders are efficiently received, filled, and shippedEnsure the branch meets sales targets and establishes strong relationships with customers.Provide next level customer serviceMonitor warehouse inventory levels, the reordering of items, and transaction record keepingOversee the work of branch associates, ensuring they are properly trainedOrder Entry for Walk-in businessAttention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks are done accurately Required Experience and Skills

　　Management and/or sales experienceAbility to utilize internal software to manage order fulfilment and inventoryCustomer Service experienceAbility to lift 50 lbs.Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hour dayAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAcceptable driving record Preferred but not Required Experience and Skills
