Job Description The Value and Access Sr Manager is accountable to contribute to the pricing strategy at national level, implement the product value proposition, support for formulary inclusion at regional and hospital level and support the projects implementation within the V&A team. The role will work cross-functionally, as strategic contact point, with regulatory, logistic and tender, medical and commercial & MKTG department to guarantee the best strategy and implementation of Value and Access strategy.
What you will do
Define the new product access strategy in collaboration with V&A lead.Support in the preparation and execution of Pricing Council in collaboration with ICoE colleaguesLead the development of national and regional dossiers for new products access.Support and coordinates the execution of the HTA reports and give direction on the communication strategy.Supports the development of economic models and tools and works closely with the Regional Affairs Managers.Build solid relationship with Payors and other external stakeholders, including scientific societyNational and regional Project Management: project concept realization and deployment; budget analysis and monitoring; vendor selection and engagement; stakeholder involvement; communication plan in collaboration with Corporate Affairs for the events and projectsActive member of the V&A Team: ensure a close cooperative productive working relationship with colleagues in other teams e.g. other Commercial, Logistic and Tender, Regulatory Affairs, etc. to manage opportunities to ensure the successful implementation of all possible synergies.Proactively seek to understand competitor activities, strategies, and programs and ensure that this competitive intelligence is shared broadly within the organization: contribute to policy initiative plan accordingly with Global plan and objectives; anticipate macro trends and shifts in the marketplace which trigger customer strategy review and utilize this knowledge to help the shaping or reshaping of strategical and operational frame
Job holder must respect internal rules and all rules based on the respective legal and ethical (AIFP codex) standards. Any safety related information concerning Biogen products (adverse event / suspicion on adverse event etc.) must report to the Affiliate Safety Designated Staff in accordance with current internal company rules. Any quality related information concerning Biogen products (product complaints / product defects / suspicion on product defects / falsified medicinal products etc.) must reports directly to the Manager, Quality & Governance in accordance with current internal company rules.
