About the Role:
Assist the Real Estate Valuation Services Operations and Pipeline Manager with procuring valuation services, vendor management, and maintains appropriate recordkeeping for regulatory compliance.
Maintain the approved valuation vendor panel including on-boarding, vendor profile compliance, and vendor removal
Provide internal lines of business assistance with the REVS system of record.
Monitor and manage the valuation procurement process from order receipt thru vendor engagement.
Provide external vendors with assistance supporting the REVS system of record.
Participate in the development and updating of REVS operations desktop procedures.
Aid REVS leadership in department improvement projects and issues management
Provide 1st level assistance with incoming inquiries from internal partners and external vendors
Good time management skills and ability to triage competing priorities
Ability to manage change in a positive manner.
Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations that apply to your position.
About You:
H.S. Diploma/GED
Less than 2 years of experience in a valuation or lending services related position. Required.
Possess solid general office/administrative skills and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of the appraisal process and regulations associated with it.
Knowledge of banking infrastructure (preferably Umpqua Bank’s) and the role of the appraisal department.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point
Knowledge of valuation procurement applications a plus
Possess professional, written and verbal communication skills.

Umpqua Bank offers a Flexible Workplace Program and this opportunity comes with the Full Office work style which is working in office from a designated company location five days weekly.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $23.00-$30.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
