Work closely with product teams to identify research topics
Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys
Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketing
Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways

$210,700.00-$249,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay within the stated range is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
Qualitative research methods including interviews, contextual inquiry, concept testing, or diary studies
Creating a research plan including logical formulation of a research hypothesis
Communicating research results to cross-functional stakeholders with data storytelling, presentation slides, and storytelling
Asking, as well as answering, product and user experience related questions
Product research or consultancy
