Main Functions:
Reports to the UW Manager, responsible for underwriting risks for all Financial Lines Products establishing good relationships with brokers in order to grow our portfolio and focus on specific target accounts. He will be in charge of knowing the different process of the Profit Center, working with other areas with the specifics of the Line of Business and supporting the team in the organization of the portfolio and the follow up of new business. The UW will also organize plans and execute sales strategies along with brokers’ trainings and providing support in specific projects of the Profit Center. High relation with UW´s from the Region to develop strategies and specific placement approaches.
Persistent, intelligent and analytic to understand the risks depending on the specific product, he must be organized to manage a complete agenda, but at the same time be timely on presenting offers and review counteroffers.
