Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Utility Lead Sales Engineer. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of our Tukwila, WA or Spokane, WA locations. Relocation assistance will be offered for successful applicants that live outside these locations.

This will be expected in the geographic market region consistent with the expectations of seasoned sales professionals. The primary responsibility is to manage the assigned customer base, to increase sales in the local marketplace, application guidance and technical assistance to assigned customers. This position is expected to develop, grow and maintain relationships with Eaton employees, specifiers and customers, including Eaton authorized distributors.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum five (5) years of electrical industry sales/marketing and/or engineering experience Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's licenseMust be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringSales experience within the utility market, inclusive of transmission and distribution or generationChannel management experienceElectrical product knowledgeExperience working with consulting engineers

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and sales incentive. This position has a total compensation range of $130,500 - $191,400.
