　　We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead our Social Commerce initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving program objectives, coordinating with different technical and non-technical teams, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our projects. The role involves managing the technical aspects of our social commerce projects, including the development and implementation of strategies and operations. The candidate will also be tasked with capacity planning, setting and negotiating priorities, and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, a deep understanding of social commerce initiatives, and excellent program management skills.

　　About Team:

　　Our team creates reusable technologies to help with customer acquisition, onboarding, and empowering merchants, while ensuring a seamless experience for both of these stakeholders. We also optimize tariffs and assortment in accordance with Walmart's Everyday Low Cost philosophy. We not only create affordability, but we also deliver customized experiences for customers across all channels - in-store, mobile app, and websites.

　　What you'll do:

　　We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for managing and delivering on program/project goals on time. The candidate will be tasked with coordinating with various cross-functional teams to ensure the overall success of the project. A major part of the role will be to manage capacity planning for the team, ensuring the right priorities are set and negotiated. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring that all parties are kept informed and aligned. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for navigating complex organizational structures.

　　The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

　　Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
