What you'll do...
The Program Manager - Technology Operations role is considered a key Triad lead over a number of Cross-Functional and Data in Motion programs that impact how Walmart Customers use Data across systems and capabilities that enable a unique shopping experience within omni-channel landscape.
This position plays a significant role by contributing to the evolution of Walmart products, systems and functionalities in several technology areas including, but not limited to Messaging, Streaming, Observability, Telemetry and Experimentation.

Our team builds and maintains the foundational technologies that support the tech organization. Included in this are data platforms, enterprise architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure.
All of these products and services are supported by scalable and powerful infrastructure, ensuring a secure and seamless employee and customer experience across stores, digital channels, and distribution centers.
We are part of Walmart Global Tech's Platform organization and support its Data Platform pillar. As such, Data in Motion (aka DiM) Program Managers collaborate with their Product and Engineering partners on a Triad model basis to support innovative solutions that enable Walmart Associates and their Customers' needs in Stores, SAMS Clubs as well as eCommerce at a global scale.
What you'll do:
As a Data in Motion technical Program Manager, you will demonstrates up-to-date expertise and apply it to the planning, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to your Product and Engineering partners in the application of program execution and best practices. You will do this by supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for quarterly deliverables and KPIs.You will also collaborate with all other key stakeholders; identify their business and technical dependencies and needs; determine and execute all necessary processes and practices including the best of Agile methodology.You will closely monitor progress and results through recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
