What you'll do...
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the creation and management of AI products for our business partners. In this role, you will be in charge of managing the product lifecycle, from finding out what customers need and want, to guiding product strategy, development, and launch. You will work with cross-functional teams including Walmart internal business orgs, engineering, and other product teams to make sure that our AI products are efficient and consistent with everyone's strategic goals.

What you'll do:
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize a product roadmap that balances customer needs, business objectives, and resource constraints.Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure that product requirements are well-defined, and that products are delivered on time and within budget.Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders, and using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.Drive product adoption and go-to-market efforts, partnering with the business, product teams and customer teams to create and execute effective launch plans.Continuously monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, iterating on the product based on user feedback and market needs.
What you'll bring:
At least 4 years of experience in product management.Knowledge of Generative AI products and AI/ML solutions.Proven track record of successfully managing and launching technology products.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams and levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
