Are you a strategic executor, ready to partner with our visionary Director and spearhead the execution of our vital compliance program? Then step into the spotlight as our Sr. Manager, OTT Compliance!

  Reporting directly to the Director of OTT Compliance, you'll be the engine driving our program's effectiveness. You'll translate the Director's vision into actionable plans, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.

  Compliance Program Execution: You're a master of implementation, taking complex compliance initiatives and turning them into operational reality. You understand the intricacies of the 7 essential elements, and you have a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing compliance programs in fast-paced environments.Communication Bridge: You're a maestro of cross-functional collaboration, effortlessly bridging the gap between technical and non-technical minds. You speak tech-fluently to developers, legalese to lawyers, and user-centric language to everyone in between.    Minimum Qualifications...

  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
