We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Seller Engagement to join our dynamic Seller Marketing and Education team. In this role, you will drive the growth and success of our Marketplace platform by developing and maintaining effective communication channels and strategies to engage and support our sellers across all lifecycle stages. As a primary steward of the seller engagement strategy, you'll influence thousands of online sellers while working alongside an engaged and forward-thinking team. You will lead your team and cross-functional business partners in executing and measuring multimedia marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and seller retention.

You'll make an impact by:
Drive seller reach and engagement to deliver impactful growth across various seller lifecycle stages and personas.Lead the team to own, maintain and manage day-to-day operations of our outbound communications channels such as email, SMS, in-app messaging, webinars, and other relevant platforms.Drive innovation to ensure marketing campaigns engage and convert target audiences, optimizing message content, timing, and segmentation to achieve high open and click-through rates.Partner with the GTM and Marketing Operations teams to support the activation of comprehensive seller engagement campaigns to drive overall business objectives for product adoption and seller satisfaction.Continuously align with stakeholders to ensure consistent governance and use of communications platforms minimizing seller fatigue.Develop and maintain marketing CRM ensuring effective seller segmentation, personalization, and automation.Define business requirements for developing new communications capabilities and partner with the Product and Engineering teams on developing and driving the product roadmap.Closely monitor marketing KPIs and derive actionable insights to continually improve seller engagement initiatives and ensure maximum impact and ROI.Provide regular updates on business plans, priorities, and results to leadership.Manage, train, and mentor a team of channel managers supporting a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital marketing and seller engagement. Ensure all email and SMS marketing practices adhere to relevant regulations and best practices, QA all email/SMS campaigns and LPs where applicable.

Bachelor's degree7+ years of experience in digital marketing or product marketing3+ years of experience leading teamsAnalytic s experience in an enterprise environmentExperience with marketing automation segmentationExperience with marketing communications channels such email, sms, in-app messaging is a must Proficiency in a contemporary CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) Hands-on experience in product marketing campaign delivery, set up and analyticsProven ability to master and learn processes and platforms quicklyExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenCollaborative work ethic as partnership with stakeholders at all levels is keyAbility to move fast, in an often ambiguous and fluid environment

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
