　　Senior Analyst, Operations - Walmart Luminate

　　Walmart Data Ventures (WDV) is focused on productizing Walmart's rich data assets to better serve customers and provide data products that deliver actionable, customer-centric insights to help merchants and brands make better business decisions. We are searching for a driven Senior Analyst, Operations to join our dynamic Sales Center of Excellence team. This person should have excellent process management and communication skills, understand the need for and foster teamwork, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. To be successful, you should be curious, dependable, responsible with your time, and able to develop an excellent rapport with your teammates and internal stakeholders. A top-notch candidate should be a self-starter, problem solver, and always looking ahead for opportunities to improve the work product, increasing the value delivered to the organization.

　　 Responsibilities:

　　Gather data requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to initiate client setup into Walmart Luminate suite of products Monitor, track, and investigate support tickets Assist with development of formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity Assist with optimization of lead qualifications and management of pipeline reporting Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendation to solve business issues Support ad-hoc projects related to business growth in new markets and initiatives Identifying root causes and developing potential solutions for initiatives; and making recommendations based on data and observation Partnering with account management, business development, product management, and other groups to drive projects Implements operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows and develops by developing mechanisms and tools to roll out these best practices

　　 Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. Minimum 2 years experience in business operations, sales solutions, sales strategy, account management, or monetization Strong verbal and written communications - able to communicate effectively across varied audience base such as Product, Account Management, Business Development, and Leadership. Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, SQL relational databases and BI tools like PowerBI Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple, simultaneous solutions Experience developing quantitative analysis and delivering actionable insights Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results Some business insights or analysis High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems
