Product Manager III WMB
While it is important that Walmart continues to drive the day-to-day business and focuses on serving our customers today, it is also critical we are looking ahead to the customer and business needs of tomorrow. The Walmart Business team is a newly created group designed to do just that. This venture is a multi-billion-dollar opportunity rooted in leveraging existing Walmart assets, building new capabilities, and laying the groundwork for a sizable new business.
As a result, we are looking for a Product Manager to help us execute against a comprehensive product vision and roadmap, optimize our approach to the user experience, and work collaboratively toward a compelling set of product offerings.
You'll have the chance to be an intrapreneur and build something truly impactful from the ground up-all while being backed by the strength of Walmart and having access to the assets of the world's largest omnichannel retailer.
You'll make an impact by:
Creating and designing products that align with the purchasing requirements of Walmart Business' target customers including SMB's, Enterprises, and public organizations.Crafting and developing solutions to complex business challenges - you will translate business and customer needs and use cases to partner across strategy, design, engineering, and go-to-market to establish a shared understanding of the product features and user experience that deliver the highest value for a short term and long-term roadmap.Collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, communications, and go-to-market to ensure seamless alignment and documentation on key initiatives and launches.Building relationships to facilitate communication and information sharing to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.Using market research, customer feedback and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.Extending or leveraging existing products and capabilities within Global Tech, as appropriate, to bring products to market for MVP and the longer term. Driving with excellence - Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects and initiatives, ensuring appropriate contingency plans are in place. Your focus will be on driving the success of your team and the organization, with an emphasis on continuous improvement in processes and team operations.
We're looking for a team player who is/has...
3+ years' experience in product management of customer-facing software/digital products.B2B experience strongly preferred.Direct experience developing products for e-commerce and marketplace platforms.Previous work in product operations or equivalent experience defining critical cross-functional milestones including discovery, launch, and post-launch. A strong communicator who can evangelize product strategy and vision and translate it into smaller initiatives.Able to prioritize effectively, create efficient processes and identify ways to improve our product development and operations for speed and efficiency.An innovative thinker able to synthesize data from multiple sources, including analytics, user research, operations research, and design, to identify key unmet needs and craft solutions.An empathetic partner to customers, capable of identifying and articulating customer problems, proactively anticipating requirements, then influencing and guiding the team towards better outcomes.Advanced Degree in Business or Engineering.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
