Walmart Connect (WMC) is the high-growth advertising business of the Walmart e-commerce ecosystem. We service Walmart's suppliers and sellers in advertising on our digital and in-store platforms. The Business Operations team sits at right hand of our leadership team and at the heart of critical cross-functional projects. We do the research, planning, and analysis to support our leaders in making strategic decisions surrounding when and how to grow which areas of our business. The Chief of Staff sub-team will give you exposure to Walmart Connect's leadership and a wide variety of cross-functional partners (incl. Finance, Product, Sales, Yield, and others)
What You'll Do
Support the Chief of Staff and WMC leadership recurring ad hoc needs and/or projects
Plan and run Walmart Connect GM's key leadership meetings including weekly leadership touchpoint meetings, monthly leadership offsites, Directors and above and key WMC wide programming with a strong focus on cultivating WMC culture
Develop content, summarize findings in executive-level presentations & directly present (or co-present) your work/findings to a senior audience
Strong power point presentations and template building skills
Assist with AES initiatives that fall under the Chief of Staff team
Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence
Exemplify core values and be a cultural add to the day-to-day business, people person
Keep up with moving priorities, projects, and technology by dealing with changes and ambiguity in process updates or the work environment
Be game to take on anything else fun that comes up
Role may require travel for Leadership offsites or all hands meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or similar field
2-4+ Years of Experience in Finance, Marketing, Consulting, or media-related fields
Preferred Qualifications
Process-oriented management mindset and demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
High level of accountability
Ability to support the executive level storytelling and communication
Detailed oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
Interest in retail media and/or advertising
