What you'll do...
The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connects sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items, and growing. Excellence in our ability to enable sellers to grow and be successful on Walmart's eCommerce platform is critical to our mission and to fulfilling our promise to buyers. In this role, you will collaborate across Business, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to set the strategic vision for, and build scalable programs, features/tools, and processes to engage our sellers with actionable data, insights and recommendations to enable Seller to win with our buyers including, but not limited to, opportunities to grow assortment, improve offer quality (price, ship speed, item content, etc.) and deliver a best-in-class post-purchase customer experience. In short, you will be the single threaded leader responsible for building and operationalizing holistic platform strategies to empower sellers to achieve their growth potential and deepen Walmart's ability to serve our buyers with products they need, want and love at an EDLP value proposition. You will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the business outcomes. You'll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a roadmap to winning on our platform. This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management and engineering.

You'll make an impact by:
Creating business strategies - Develop roadmap for key business initiatives and advocate for scalable, tech-driven solutions to enable sellers to take actions to grow their business on Walmart (i.e. grow relevant assortment, increase exposure to WMT customers, improve offer quality / value proposition)Operating - Executing a business roadmap in a defined domain, working collaboratively with relevant cross-functional groups including product and engineering teams to ensure priorities are delivered and value is unlocked.Builder / Owner Mindset - Drive end-end ownership from business strategy / visioning to solution ideation to build and operationalization of new products/features, programs and processes to deliver vision. Ensure critical business issues and strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; take features from ideation with customers to full launch and rollout, including GTM and enablement.Working and influencing cross-functionally- Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or related area7+ years' experience in business strategy, business consulting, product strategy and management, or related area.5+ years' experience building and leading teams.Able to effectively communicate with senior executives in large strategic forumsSuperb writing, meeting facilitation, PowerPoint and overall communication skillsStrong quantitative and analytical abilities with deep experience in building business casesDetail oriented, with attention to nuisances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or related area10+ years' experience as a Business GM, Product Manager, working on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products or services7+ years' experience building and leading teams.Proven success in building consumer facing products, working backward from user needs and pain points.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
