You will sweep us off our feet if...
Develops and implements the business plan and strategic initiatives for the TCC (Transportation Command Center) to achieve organization's objectives (for example, on-time delivery, cost per case shipped, fill rate); and implement operational improvements.
Demonstrates business acumen, understands the optimal routing and dispatch of available driver capacity. Drive data-based decisions to balance cost and service.
Quantify the fiscal impact of operational decisions to effectively manage P&L and develop appropriate countermeasures.
Manages associates and leaders in assigned area of responsibility by giving direction, prioritizing efforts, communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing timely feedback. Identify training and development needs, while providing opportunities for learning and growth. Teach, coach, and upskill associates accordingly.
Supports continuous improvement efforts consistent with the Walmart Performance System (WPS) by driving implementation of WPS and establishing root cause analysis process and implementing appropriate corrective action plans.
Implements and monitors supply chain initiatives by incorporating change management principles, creating, and implementing best practices across the network.
Drives the execution of multiple initiatives and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, while developing and communicating associated business plans. Remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance, allocate resources and work horizontally to develop optimal solutions.
Demonstrates adaptability and effectively drives transformation. Monitors and ensures compliance with supply chain, company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00-$192,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
