RSV is a common respiratory virus that affects the lungs and airways and can be serious, especially for infants and older adults. Each year, it is estimated up to 120,000 older adults are hospitalized and up to 10,000 die in the US due to RSV. 2023 marks the year where, for the first time ever, vaccines have been approved to prevent this devastating disease. Now our attention turns to ensuring rapid uptake of Abrysvo in a highly dynamic and competitive market entering the first full year of RSV vaccination availability in 2024.
Reporting to the Abrysvo OA US Competitive Strategy and Performance Excellence Lead, this role will be accountable for leading key projects and deliverables impacting the overall brand strategy and tactical execution plan. Role Responsibilities
The Abrysvo OA Performance Excellence Director will work within the marketing team to optimize go-to-market channel strategies and ensure flawless in market execution.
Partner with Channel Leads/Cross-functional stakeholders to optimize channel strategy and performance excellence (Retail, Consumer, Organized Customer, Market Shaping)Proactively identify innovative brand strategies or tactical programs for recommendation, resource acquisition and implementation, to support driving increased Abrysvo vaccination rates in older adultsLead KPI & Insight Development for Brand Channels in Partnership with Cross-Functional Stakeholders; from leading indicators to outcome metrics, to help validation or guide the refinement of brand strategies and in market execution.Lead strategic subnational Micro-Marketing efforts - Initiate and sustain market archetype planning, within and across channels, to optimize the go to market plan across distinct market segments for RSV Vx activationLead strategic advancement of the Abrysvo OA retail referral strategy through engagement with cross-functional stakeholders across brand and customer facing partnersLead the Abrysvo OA brand tactical plan process to meet organizational deadlinesLead advancement of customer/account segmentation to ensure executional plan across channels can reach desired outcomes of patient lives protected.Be a patient-focused team player and exemplify the Pfizer values of Courage, Excellence, Equity, and Joy by fostering innovation, customer focus, personal accountability, and a commitment to achieving results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
