In this role, you will have the opportunity to attract, assess and secure University talent from countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
We are looking for a well-connected and intellectually curious individual who can drive and own the recruiting efforts of Early in Profession talent for Microsoft for EMEA. This position (Account Management Recruitment) focuses on driving early in profession hiring with our businesses internally at Microsoft. This role encompasses all stages of the hiring process including partnering with client stakeholders, other talent acquisition professionals, and HR business partners on succession planning, position strategy and candidate requirements, as well as developing sourcing strategies to target and assess top Campus talent, and innovating the candidate experience and the related recruiting lifecycle. Ability to build internal and external networks is key, along with a solid foundation of University recruiting skills and experience.
This role will also be accountable for driving and maintaining a competitor strategy for University Recruiting at Microsoft, to ensure that we identify, target, and engage with the top talent in today’s millennial talent in their technical marketplace.

Responsibilities
Headcount planning and management – partner with Early In Profession Managers, HR and business partners, Microsoft Finance teams to collect, define and manage early in profession hiring demand. This also can include collecting hiring details, timelines and understanding local market hiring programs and laws.
Consultative trusted advisor –serving as a trusted advisor with business owners, identifying business hiring needs and collaboratively consult on topics such sourcing strategies, hiring trends, intern program development, diversity, candidate attraction, interview best practices; build strong connections with key stakeholders in the company, both globally and locally; advise on intern program planning, development and execution. All in partnership with your early in profession recruiting peers.
Data Driven- This role requires the ability to look at hiring data, track progress to target week over week and share insights with our business stakeholders in order to drive
Partnerships/Training - Provide program guidance to stakeholders on early in profession candidate experience from beginning to end, diversity strategies, technical presentations and candidate interviewing.
Leadership - Identify and cultivate UR champions as well as the early in profession Champ model to influence the business to support on campus activities, drive team placement of candidates, to support intern conversion, and effective and efficient final round assessments.
Community – building & driving a community of global AMR’s to collaborate, share best practices and insights to enable a continual evolution of University Recruiting.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Solid talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND solid talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
AND Experienced in University and Early in Profession hiring
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience and expertise in managing high candidate or requisition volumes and developing sophisticated recruiting strategies.
Ability in working autonomously, have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, strong planning and organization skills and possess proven coordination skills.
Effectively manage multiple projects and partnerships while contributing to a fun and collaborative team environment.
