The Senior Commercial Excellence Leader is responsible for managing the strategy and deliverables for business operations support across the Unison commercial team. This leader supports the sales directors' bid and proposal coordination efforts and defining "win" strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities
Influences sales to develop customized customer commercial solutions.Responsible for distribution contracts and strategic objectives adherence.Supports financial modeling for Deal Factory opportunities. Manages annual contract escalation, sustaining program price quoting and ER workflows as necessary. Responsible for demand forecasting and commercial inputs to Unison S&OP process. Manages annual Revenue Forecasting inputs for the Unison Business. Focal Point for SalesForce.com and win/loss analysis. Oversees Unison International Trade Compliance (ITC).Schedule and manage Unison 650.10 and Tollgate rhythms. Set agenda, capture/publish actions and maintain Rolling Action Item List "RAIL" for closure.Support sales directors by coordinating cross organizational alignment to gain key stakeholder approvals for bid and proposal submission.Work with sales directors, marketing, and product line to develop value propositions and deal win strategy.Oversees contractual adherence to and execution of distribution agreements. Partner with risk manager and sales director to financially model business cases for proposals.Coordinate with programs, contracts, and finance to identify and validate annual customer contract price escalations.Work with programs and sales to quote/price sustaining programs scope changes and quotes for ER workflows.Responsible for providing the demand forecasting input to the Unison S&OP process.Analyzes Salesforce.com data to determine win and loss percentages, RFP/RFQ response time, and no-bid data. Ensure Salesforce captures reasons for wins/loss and no-bid.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in Commercial Operations and/or S&OP Forecasting)Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Operations and/or S&OP Forecasting experience
