We treat the business as our own. We introduce Unilever's brands into geographies like Korea, Pacific Islands, Mongolia, and spearhead launches of iconic household brands like Dove, Lifebuoy, Sunlight, Fair & Lovely, TRESemme into big markets like U.S, China, Western Europe and SEAA.
As Unilever's growth engine, we establish global businesses in key channels such as Health & Beauty, Discounters, E-Commerce and alternate channels such as travel retail, marketing to institutional partners like the United Nations, and seeding Unilever brands to overseas diaspora who crave for a taste of their familiar home brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Developing and growing an Ecommerce Retail business.Coupang's sales and controlling sales expenses and manage projects with CoupangResponsible for sales of products through Coupang 1P business modelFormulate sales strategy for assigned products, develop sales forecast and budget.Monitors results and adjusts coverage as necessary.Maintains and updates the business plan.Provides input into sales forecast.Adjust sales plans as appropriate to achieve goals.Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.Coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports.Tracks expenses against budget. Implements cost controls when necessary.Pursue key prospects, negotiate, and construct appropriate terms of sales.Develop category growth plan to achieve sales target.Lead NPD (new product development) launching plan based on in-depth eCommerce market and category shopper insight.Create eCommerce commercial content such as merchandizing contents with agency.Enhance eCommerce fundamental in path to purchase journey.Build commercial programs to generate shopper demands by partnering eRetailers and cross-functions.Capture rising market and shopper trends to find growth driver.Report results of sales, Market share in Coupang, promotion, ROI, PNL through data analysis using internal & external resourcesAnalyze data from platforms to get an insight for new product development, promotion, budget allocation.Ads & Promotion management.Communicate with internal & external stakeholders including global business unit to launch & grow NPDs.WORKING CLOSELY WITH:
Internal: Marketing, Finance, CCD, SCM, R&D, QA, Other CD, Region head quarter
External: Coupang (customers), Developing Ads & Assets (agencies)
