  About the role:

  We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Global Corporate Comms team as UK Corporate Communications Lead to work closely with our Senior Director of Communications across our European, African and Asia regions to develop the TransUnion UK & Spain corporate story, both sharing and learning from best practice and wider Enterprise corporate messaging.

  The UK Corporate Communications Lead is responsible for the corporate positioning of the business, supports with and leads crisis/incident work and is tasked with developing and implementing insights and issues-based campaign activity.

  You will work with the wider Regional Marketing, Social & Internal Comms (UK & Spain) and Global Marketing disciplines to successfully support and deploy demand generation and brand awareness activity.

  Day to day you'll be:Develop and maintain UK & Spain PR strategy and ensure aligned to wider international and global frameworks/processesPlan and coordinate activity around key topics and issues, bringing together business-wide campaigns that focus on regulatory and industry specific changeSupport wider research (product and service) PR workManage PR agencies in-region (which supports corporate, B2B and consumer work as needed) and other suppliers (e.g. monitoring and licensing)Identify and coach on best practice interview procedure/technique with key senior spokespeople for corporate media opportunities (arranging external media training where required)Develop junior talent (providing coaching to direct reports and mentoring support across wider Corporate Affairs and Communications function)Be flexible and work across wider external (and internal) communication projects and activities as requiredReport KPI and evaluation metrics in-region and internationally as required (ensuring activity aligned to achieving wider business strategic goals)Maintain core materials necessary for the delivery of the ongoing corporate programme (e.g. overall strategy, tactical/activity planners, key message and briefing documents, media contact lists, issues trackers etc.)Strong media awareness - opportunity spotting and providing insight to the wider business are key to this role (develop wider insight and feedback tools, including competitor trackingImpact You'll Make:

  Our work style for this position is 'hybrid', which involves spending 40% of your working week at one of our office sites so you'll need to live within a sensible commutable distance from our office. We're happy to talk flexible working.
