Your role
Are you a meticulous, organized and detail-oriented person with a love for meeting new people and hosting events? Are you driven by the desire to deliver an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and prospects? We are looking for someone like you to:
• serve as a primary point of contact for all UBS arena requests from Financial Advisors, Field leaders, and employees with a high-level of responsiveness and appropriate level of discretion and professionalism
• facilitate seamless communication via email, phone, and in-person to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• execute onsite support, ensuring high-quality and high-impact experiences for all attendees
• assist with budget planning and tracking, execute attendee management and compile business related reporting post-event to track and measure impact
• execute relevant due diligence and compliance checks when dealing with sensitive client information
• collaborate within the UBS network to maximize opportunities for senior management, clients, prospects, and financial advisors to strengthen current/future relationships and grow business
• show eagerness to learn and invest in personal and professional development, maintain a "can-do" attitude and willingness to assist with all elements of an event life cycle
• possess a basic understanding of UBS goals & objectives to effectively serve as a 'host' when interacting with guests, implement strategies to enhance our global visibility and recognition, all while ensuring a positive association with the UBS brand

Your team
You'll be working as a part of the Field Engagement Team and partnering with groups across the firm to create impactful internal and client facing events. You will play a critical role in helping to retain our employees as well as help provide Financial Advisors with a great way to strengthen their relationships with their current and future clients.
Your expertise
• able to welcome guests to the arena and create an ultimate experience starting with email communication, to ticket distribution, through the actual events and hosting guests at UBS Arena
• frequent travel to UBS Arena required, willingness to work nights and weekends
• advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to successfully communicate with diverse audiences and professionals at all levels; use discretion when dealing with CDI
• strategic thinker, creative, pro-active, organized, attention to detail, innovative
• ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and problem-solve in real time
• familiar with financial services and a drive to grow the business and global brand
• proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and be a culture carrier
• resourceful, measured and results-focused
• interest in hockey, music and hospitality is valued but not required
