About the Position
The Analyst will support coverage of Southeast Europe and Türkiye, working as part of our Europe, Middle East, and Africa research team. The role has a dual character and offers a unique opportunity to gain insights and develop macroeconomic, political, and business research in two dynamic regions that are on top of mind for the world’s biggest multinationals. The Analyst will have the opportunity to support executives on key strategic decisions, while also maintaining coverage of Türkiye and the Southeast European region.
About the Team
The analyst will be part of FrontierView’s global research team. The global research team produces all syndicated content for FrontierView’s client base of several thousand senior executives at multinational organizations. The team combines regional knowledge, macroeconomic and political insights, and business acumen to provide impactful analysis, forecasts, and executional advice for a senior executive audience. They work in close collaboration with the commercial team in supporting FrontierView’s growth strategy and ongoing client relationships.
About You
Qualified individuals with a passion for informing the decisions of senior corporate executives are strongly encouraged to apply. The position will offer the analyst an opportunity to obtain a significant ownership of the regional view and will expose them to the dynamic interaction of political, macroeconomic, and business trends that shape multinational organizations’ decision-making processes. The role requires a good amount of flexibility and allows for the development of a solid perspective and understanding of both the Europe and MENA regions.The analyst will conduct ongoing research and continuous market coverage of FrontierView’s Southeast European portfolio, and will conduct macroeconomic, business, political analysis, and will produce forecasts for a select set of markets, most notably Türkiye. They will receive coaching, feedback, and support and part of our collaborative team culture. They will also be expected to create, maintain, and pressure test views on major issues relating to their markets, and present FrontierView’s outlook to senior executives at large multinational organizations.

What Sets You ApartA Bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded academic institution in Economics, Business, Regional Studies, or International relations. A master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for the roleDemonstrated knowledge of macroeconomics through prior experience or relevant courseworkAbility to combine quantitative and qualitative insights, and present the analysis in a comprehensive, but succinct mannerDemonstrated knowledge of European issues, especially regarding the role of Southern European markets in the wider European and MENA context. Experience and knowledge of Türkiye is heavily preferredExcellent communication skills in English, both written and oralProficiency in Turkish is preferred; any other major regional language is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Experience in managing multiple projects at once; excellent time and project management skills Demonstrated ability to cover a variety of topics and issues, including unfamiliar onesRobust interpersonal, communication, presentation, and persuasion skillsA team-oriented mindset
