Position Overview
The Risk team in the Trust organization is responsible for implementing and maintaining a world class risk program, supporting our products, engineering and operations to enable risk-based decision making and prioritization in support of our commitment to being a trusted partner to our customers and communitiesAs a Sr. Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and managing trust risks across Autodesk's environment and critical business functions. You will be a key input to stakeholders as they set out to foster trust from a security, privacy, responsible use of AI, supply chain, and a resilience standpoint by providing insights into the risk/reward balance. You will facilitate the trust risk management process and help determine our risk posture on a global scale!
Responsibilities
Trust risk management
Participate in the development and execution of the trust risk roadmapFacilitate risk management activities for trustDocument and report on results of risk assessments to various levels of leadership
Expertise
Identification of key risks and opportunities followed by thorough analysis to develop proposed recommendations for risk optimizationDevelop industry-specific expertise to develop value-add insights risk engagementsAssess and report on the effectiveness of risk management standards and policies
Engagement management
Assess risk and trust posture across the organization, using a mix of quantitative and qualitative factorsAssess and drive improvement of trust risk posture across a diverse set of services and technologies in the context of building a trusted platform architecturePartner with the risk owners to drive alignment on the remediation timelines and expectations for risk treatment plans
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a combination of risk management, technology, or compliance managementWorking knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance toolsExperience reporting on risks and program operations to managementExperience with risk assessments and advisoryExperience with risk rating methodologiesExperience recommending mitigating controls and driving risk remediationStrong cross-functional analytical skills Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
5-7 years in a combination of risk management, technology or audit managementFamiliarity with common risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc.CISSP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CRISC, CISA a plusConsulting experience a plusExcellent analytical and organizational skills combined with the ambition, ingenuity and the ability to work as part of a teamTechnical aptitude and understanding of Information Technology General Control (ITGCs) and risk conceptsEducation: Bachelor's degree. Masters a plus
