Role Description:
Due to growth within our Global Transaction Services department, we are looking for a Treasury Product Manager, with Risk and Regulation experience, to join our growing team based in London or Dublin. You will work closely with our Product Owners and represent the business on a regional and global level.
Responsibilities:
As part of the team, you will take ownership for all non-financial regulatory reporting across EMEA.You will be accountable for product Risk input in to ongoing Operational Resiliency Work as mandated by FCA, PRA, CBI, ECB etcYou will work with Global Transaction Services product risk team on all reporting routines to ensure visibility of any risks in regions, and support on global SIAI's You will Co-ordinate audits and act as primary contact for legal and compliance on new laws, regulations, and consultation papers.You will Perform regulatory horizon scanning including consultation reviews/submissions - to allow us to better respond to new regulations and help provide meaningful input to industry consultations.You will liaise with the wider teams to ensure potential impacts are understood and appropriate measures are put into place to manage risk.You will engage with key industry bodies to keep abreast of regulatory landscape and market response, and lobbying opportunities.You will work collaboratively with all teams to drive service excellence, ensuring client communication is well executed.
What we are looking for:
Familiarity or previous involvement in compliance, legal or regulatory projects or remediation.Ability to read and interpret complex regulations and guidance notes, and apply them in the commercial context.Understanding of governance around regulatory and legal projects. Mitigating risk and reporting routines.Ability to present on regulatory topics both internally and occasionally to clients.Take ownership for completing tasks and finding answers and solutions.Comfortable making decisions and recommendations and escalating when appropriate.Good communicator- ability to tailor communications as appropriate for the audience.
Skills that will help:
Prior experience in credit or credit risk desirable.
