Treasury Management Operations Readiness Associate

This role is focused on working with Treasury Management Associates and the Treasury Management Value Chain to monitor billing, validate the implementation of pricing setups, provide internal support on complex maintenance requests and monitor DACA execution.

Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful quality review of treasury management product pricing and billing

● Takes ownership of metrics defined in the Treasury Management Dashboards and actively works to ensure items are updated accordingly

● Assist with the review of Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACA) to ensure legal compliance

and implementation execution is completed in accordance with policies and procedures

● Provides partners with support on Treasury Management operational inquiries

● Review operational reports daily, weekly and monthly to ensure operational accuracy of

implemented Treasury Management products and services

● Ability to navigate internal database and input customer requests in appropriate systems

● Has general knowledge of treasury management products and services to help monitor daily operations

● Assist with simple client acquisition questions and deepening of existing relationships though identification of client needs to help provide internal operations support

Work from Home Technology Requirements:

A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot

A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network

Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Provides (ISP)

Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions

ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com , type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page

Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Work from Home Living Requirements:

Candidates must live within approximately 50 miles of one of the hub locations based in 28203, 75024 or 23238 and be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24 hours notice.Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 2 years of experience in financial services, bank operations or treasury managementexperience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

3+ years of experience with treasury management products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Charlotte, NC: $64,700 - $73,900 for Ops Specialist

Plano, TX: $64,700 - $73,900 for Ops Specialist

Richmond, VA: $64,700 - $73,900 for Ops Specialist

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
