　　Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

　　Analyst Function

　　Analysing Ex-post and Ex-ante financials, Capital Structure and FX exposures of Company, understanding requirements, plan ahead, communicate and report to stakeholders.Working along with Treasury Front Office and Back Office in executing planned strategies, driving projects and initiatives to deliver value or improvementsCommunicating confidently to stakeholders on Treasury matters, follow-ups and closure.Hands-on corporate exercises and working closely with various other accounting, legal and tax, stakeholders to materialize the plan. (E.g. dividends declaration and payments, cross-boarder capital borrowing and lending, regulatory assessments and fulfillments, capital injections, cash repatriation, etc.)Other tasks as required by supervisor

　　Foreign Exchange Matters

　　Lead, check, challenge and uphold the control in relation to FX derivativesAnalyses the realized and unrealized results of currencies and derivatives by relating it to macroecnomic environment and company-specific events.Summarises and able to present an update to stakeholder in a concise and non-technical explanation.Leads all projects related to FX, which includes Balance Sheet and Cashflow hedging related matters.Handles bank relationship and discussion with corporate banks.

　　You're also a university graduate with a Degree in Accountancy or Finance or other related field and have at least 5 Years of continuous work experience. 　　Essential Requirements:

　　Must have good command of English and ability to articulate thoughts clearly, written and verbal.Must have good report writing and influential presentation capabilities (excel, words and power point)Must have good understanding of interpreting financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and loss and Cashflow Statements)Must be analytical, inquisitive and reciprocative to other functionsGood understanding of information system, workflows and technologies in workplaceHand on experience as derivative dealers and confirmers for the Company is an added advantage but not mandatoryPositive mindset, can-do attitude, fuel for growth and competitive

　　Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:

　　Have a strong functional knowledge of treasury. The incumbent must be a confident in making decisions.Good business acumen and understands cross-function interdependencies.Have a Bachelor degree in accountancy/finance or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in the financial or treasury field.Applicants holding or pursuing relevant treasury qualifications will be an added advantage.Experience with a Treasury Management System, particularly Quantum, and knowledge of SAP, Anaplan and Fireapps is a plus.Experience in handling Global stakeholders.Experience working with international financial institutions, and a thorough knowledge of commercial banking practices.
