The Treasury Analyst will be part of the Treasury team and will report to the Treasury Manager, primarily engaged in FX risk management, global liquidity monitoring/forecasting, and other treasury activities. This position will participate in continuous process improvement/automation projects, ensuring the most efficient processes are followed as financial and Treasury systems evolve. As an individual contributor, the Treasury Analyst will work closely with all members of the Treasury team, Accounting, and other teams across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with the FX risk mitigation and intercompany funding and settlements processes among foreign subsidiariesMaintain global cash forecasts, assist with trading and hedging as neededAssist with daily, monthly and quarterly FX and global cash analysis and reportingEnsure adherence and compliance with Corporate Treasury policies and procedures, Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements, and FX compliance such as ISDA, GMEI and EMIR requirementsAssist Treasury Manager and collaborate with the tax team as it relates to the global tax structure, funding, repatriation and monitoring of intercompany balancesAssist with various treasury tasks such as transfers, problem resolution, research, and projects, as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance w/3-5 years directly applicable experience.
Pay Range: $49,900 - $ 110,000
