Job Responsibilities:
• Reconcile the cleared checks within the Ready system
• Manage the NSF (non-sufficient funds) ACH returns to ensure successful collection of client funds
• Process stop payment requests for our new payroll services check disbursement offering
• Manage the quarterly stale-dated check process and return funds to clients for uncashed checks for our new payroll services check disbursement offering
• Initiate manual ACH and wire transactions on our bank portals/authenticate and release ACH files at the bank
• Bank administration and management of bank portals, including performing quarterly audit
Qualifications
Basic Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or related field required
• 1-3 years of treasury, banking or reconciliation experience in a similar business
• Proficiency to the intermediate level using spreadsheet, database and graphics applications; e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience within a payroll/benefits processing organization or other payments services industry that handles client funds preferred
• Strong attention to detail and drives to dig in to complex research and analysis
Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $44,400 to $63,850, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
