DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will be responsible for working in the plans room to prepare highway and bridge plans. This includes managing the reproduction of design plans and drawings for District 10, as well as maintaining an inventory of plan sets and other related documents. Another aspect of this position is the development and maintenance of an inventory system for right-of-way dedication plans. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate invoices for external customers who request plans or drawings unrelated to department projects or the traveling public. Providing excellent customer service is important when responding to both internal and external requests for plans and drawings. Furthermore, you will assist with various tasks, such as railroad documentation, field inspections, and agreement creation.

Full-time employmentWork hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday*Telework: *You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience in highway or bridge surveying, design, construction, or inspection work; *or *One year of experience in quality control of materials or building or construction industry experience, which includes reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, or schematics; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
