Here at GXO Enfield (EN3), we're working together with Iceland Foods and on the look-out for a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced, transport team. You'll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a Monday to Friday pattern, covering the hours of 09:00-17:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Maintain all compliance administration for a fleet of 116 tractor units and 160 trailers involved in the distribution of multi temperature stock Produce and distribute weekly vehicle maintenance schedule Have full control of vehicle defect reports and upkeep hard copies of vehicle files Complete electronic driver licence checks and maintain driver non-working days in Tachomaster driver calendar
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience in same or similar background beneficial Excellent IT skills including MO Apps, Word and Excel Highly organised with the ability to remain focused under pressure Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements 'Can Do Attitude' and a desire to improve
