Transition Directors play a critical role in onboarding new Customers especially in Large Services Programs . They also set up the foundation for successful a delivery and thereby ensuring success of our Customers and Wipro . We are looking for passionate Program Management professionals having diverse experience cutting across Application, Infrastructure, Service Management domains and exposure to different industry verticals. These professionals are expected to be self-motivated champions responsible to deliver winnable Transition Solutions as well as execute them seamlessly on Schedule and Quality. Professionals with a passion for Customer Centricity and Customer First attitude while keeping a focus on details during planning and execution are welcome to apply for this position.
Overall Responsibilities: Pursuit Stage: Anchor Transition Solutions for large integrated deals Collaborate with Sales, Presales & Delivery teams for effective solution construction and representation in front of Customer Build grounds up integrated Transition Plan s at different levels and secure stakeholder buy in at appropriate stages Lead & drive the Solution Defence workshops Continuous engagement with the pursuit team to realign the solution in line with latest updates and developments Execution Stage: Orchestrate overall Transition execution as per agreed Transition plan Own and drive Transition Governance & stakeholder management at appropriate stages of Transition Anchor & drive all Transition streams across Knowledge, People, Facilities, Logistics & Contracts as applicable in respective engagement Mentor and motivate the core team to drive the Transition & related deliverables in their respective domains Manage & track all dependencies and highlight potential risks on time to avoid any schedule / effort overrun on the Transition Plan and orchestrate a smooth Service Commencement without any service impact to core services Smooth handover to BAU Delivery Organization
Skills & Experience: Experience in Transition Program Delivery management & Presales with at least 10+ years of relevant (Transition Management) experience and overall, 15-20 years of experience. Experience in execution of at least 5+ large Managed Services (Apps OR integrated) OR ADMO Transition s Experience in Presales solutioning and customer Presentations Understanding of Agile, DevOps ways of working and preferably a practitioner experience Well versed with ITIL framework with exposure in setting up Service Management related functions, tools / processes French and English.
