　　Training Specialist BEA products

　　Location: Switzerland/Ecublens

　　As a Training Specialist you will be fully empowered and accountable for the daily administration and execution of the tasks required to drive successful completion of Field Service Engineers (FSE) and Customers trainings, virtually, in our factory (Ecublens, Switzerland), or at customer site. Focus is encouraged on X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF) and Energy Dispersive (EDX) with possible support for training on Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES), Automation (SMS) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). A willingness to share knowledge as well as to see others succeed with the skills acquired through content built by the training team is a must for this position.

　　In field activities worldwide giving training to customers or FSE's as well as supporting issues that requires Specialist expertise will be part of the Training Specialist duties at a possible rate of about 20%. Defining and crafting training material and content, in collaboration with other GTS member or other department is also under the Training Specialist responsibilities.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Training for FSE's and customers on preventive maintenance, installation, repair and provide mentorship how to train customer for XRF, EDX and support to OES, SMS or XRD,Preparation of various courses to establish a training program, either for face to face, in remote or for self-learning portal,Support in administration of training by preparing documents and materials to support prior, during and after the training for attendees and facilitate their venue such visa document, accommodation, registration, certification of attendees, ...Developing eLearning and face-to-face training,Participate to the elaboration of courses creation for new products,

　　Your Qualifications

　　A degree in microtechnic/electronic engineering, computer science, physics or equivalent,3 years of experience in field service or similar Technical Support activities for XRF or EDX,Proficient in English (spoken and written), French (or willing to learn as based in a French speaking area) and other languages a plus,Experience in training or mentoring a plus,Worldwide experience facing and meeting different cultures, habits and customs,Able to travel easily worldwide at 20% rate,Ability to handle multiple issues at the same time,Phenomenal teammate, good interpersonal and communication skills needed,Customer oriented,Autonomous, analytical, and problem-solving approach, analytical ability to identify priorities.
