About the Team
Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. The global Monetization Integrity (MI) team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions;
- Work collaboratively with general and local policy formulation teams to produce the training materials and deliver training for local sales and advertisers;
- Measure the effectiveness of training using various feedback methods;
- Cooperate with the training team from the headquarters, assist in the implementation of products from the headquarters, collect local feedback and drive the improvement and optimization of policies, processes and system functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/ experience, advanced degree is preferred;
- 3+ years of working experience in the Training field;
- Written and verbal proficiency in English as a working language and Thai, in order to review and conduct training in Thai for Thai-speaking audience;
- Strong communication skills, and presentation/facilitation skills;
- Proven ability to create training materials using basic instructional design methods;
- Passion for training;
- Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet timelines on deliverables.
