This role directly supports the development and early careersuccess of all participants in the national training program. It iscritical to the build out, scalability and evolution of the nationalprogram. Accountabilities include: Work to deliver the national trainingexperience in participating network and district network offices acrossthe country. Gold-standard facilitation of foundational nationaltraining program sessions. Support the on-going development of learnersparticipating in the national training experience. Partner with allmembers of the National Training team, and home office businesspartners, to build, evolve, and maintain the national trainingexperience. Support the evolution of content by providing actionablefeedback and recommendations at the program level. Provide direction toprogram operational support for scheduling delivery of training, andproduction of material, communications, and reporting. Partner with allmembers of the National Training team to ensure consistency in deliveryof the experience across all participating offices. Minimum of six years of progressiveexperience in education/training, professional communications, ormarketing necessary. Excellent writing and facilitation/public speakingskills required. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels;demonstrated diplomacy, sensitivity and flexibility in adapting torapidly changing needs and priorities; quick, effective decision-makingskills. Ability to listen, engage, negotiate and influence; synthesizeand relate complex information; analyze communication and executionproblems and opportunities; and implement integrated training /educational strategies. Three or more years of proven experiencedeveloping and delivering effective curriculum and training programs,preferred.
