Training Development SME
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our Training Environment team. The Training SME will work closely with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
In this role, you will...
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and assist in the development and implementation of training programs that support identified methodologies and the training framework.
Verify and validate requirements tied to planning activities to ensure adherence to the training goals and objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders to assess training system needs and process alterations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training systems and processes, recommending adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Master's or PhD in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a training capacity, with a focus on instructional systems design and implementation
Knowledge of RRL methodologies and training framework.
Familiarity with Fleet maintenance task analysis, manpower analysis, and training program development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of instructional systems, industrial/organizational psychology, and Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) methodologies.
