Training and Development Specialist
Pay-Rate: $35000.00 - $40000.00
The Training and Development Specialist position coordinates, conducts, and tracks employee training. They may assist with development projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree - will consider equivalent experience and/or education
One year of related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
Effective communication skills to manage relationships
Self-motivated and collaborative; a team player
