We are searching for a candidate who is passionate about learning, possesses a strong creative problem-solving ability, and has a keen eye for detail.

What you'll bring
Qualifications you'll bring:Enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related field and be able to work from September 2023 - December 2023.Highly detail oriented and pay close attention to the specifics of problems, questions and projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills.The ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and work efficiently.Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; great attitude and go-getter spirit.Strong passion to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.Ability to ask for help when needed, while taking steps to problem solve independently.Curiosity in Learning & Development.Data driven.
How you will lead
How you'll lead:Work alongside the Sr. Training Program Manager to provide any support required, while also working with cross-functional teams.Conduct research on industry trends and best practices related to learning and development.Assist in the creation and maintenance of training programs.Develop and edit training materials such as presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.Conduct training evaluations to gather feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.Participate actively in team events, both on and offsite.
Please note that we are a hybrid team, and the candidate is expected to be in office at least twice a week.
