Northrop Grumman is looking for a Trainer Production 3/4 to join our team in Clearfield, UT.
The Trainer Production performs job training, skills training, and some classroom training in ASTAR Training Center as well as assembly and production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
This position may be filled at a Level 3 or Level 4 based on the qualifications outlined below.
Level 3
Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or manufacturing.Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance, not required to apply.Able to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc.This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds and working overhead.Experience with hydraulic parts, assemblies, components, and systems in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing and/or maintenance environment. Preferred Qualifications:at least 2 years as an instructor in operationsExperienced in/familiarity with training systems or programsAbility and experience in analyzing, designing, and developing publications and training materialsStrong background in electrical and hydraulics systemsExperience with MES Manufacturing Execution systemsRead and Interpret blueprintsInspection criteriaCompliance knowledgeLevel 4

Salary Range 2: $53,300 - $88,800
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
