Junior Administrator

Some of the things you'll be doing:
Collaborate with your team/mentor to manage their client portfolio. Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by your mentor/manager or clients Ensure client records are updated with all correspondence and maintain with integrity Communicate openly and honestly with colleagues on a regular basis Provide support in the opening of bank accounts, processing payments, statutory returns and other procedural administration tasks Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by a senior team member Provide input on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks Take care of and establish good relationships with all suppliers, team mates and clients Drive personal development using all the resources available at Intertrust to achieve success Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced Complete a great variety of administration tasks given to a level of accuracy and 'first time right approach' Carry out your administration work based on the relevant procedures and checklistsWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
