What you'll do:
Support more senior Traders across the business and lead the day-to-day for a portfolio of client accountsBecome an expert on The Trade Desk platform as well as best practices for campaign managementTake ownership for their accounts, working independently and recognize opportunities to aid account growth, onboarding and optimization trainingsPartner closely with the Account Managers to add credibility when upselling to existing clientsUnderstand complex ideas and data but also be able to communicate this information simply and effectively for other internal groups and clientsDevelop trust and rapport with clients to create optimization strategies and provide consultative solutions for campaignsBe action orientated, enjoying the learning process and being full of energy when working through tasksSeize the opportunity to take on strength assignments and learning opportunitiesActively seek to contribute outside of their core role for example, training, knowledge sharing, cultural role modelling, case study development and submission etcStart to identify how client feedback can be used to improve our offerings and make suggestions for consideration by the Product team
Who you are
Experience in ad tech, online advertisement or digital marketing is beneficial but not necessaryExtensive experience servicing Japanese clients in Japanese Outstanding, analytical, and problem-solving, trouble shooting abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced MS Excel skillsStrong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasetsAbility to thrive in a small, intense, and high growth environmentNative in Japanese, fluency in English
