Job Purpose
Strategically plan, execute, and optimize trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and maximize penetration/market share for Adidas Personal Care (Shower Gel, Deodorants) and Fragrances (Mass Fragrances; < 125AED) in the Middle East region. This role aims to develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and in-store activations while utilizing pricing optimization, and demand forecasting. The Trade Marketing Manager collaborates with retail partners to ensure brand representation and compliance within brand guidelines, all while achieving revenue and profit targets.
In Turkey, the Trade Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in building successful processes and trade strategies contributing to the expansion of Coty Color brands in the country.
Responsibilities Trade Marketing Plan Building: Develop comprehensive trade marketing plans in key markets, aligned with the brand strategy and launches for Adidas and Mass Fragrances Ensure that trade marketing plans integrate pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and revenue-maximizing promotional activities. Utilize data-driven insights to craft promotional offers (sets) that resonate with the shoppers, driving sales and optimizing revenue streams. In store excellence and distribution channel optimization Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail store providing merchandising guidelines to internal and external partners. Coordinate with sales teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of trade marketing plans at the point of sale. Analyze and recommend brands/channel combination to maximize sell out and profitability. Budget management and revenue growth Manage trade marketing budgets efficiency, allocating resources to high impact initiative. Ensure that BTL placements are well synced with our ATL campaigns for maximum output. Utilize pricing optimization demand forecasting to maximize revenue. Analyze sell out performance and provide recommendations and action plan to drive profitability and market share. Market Knowledge and distributor collaboration Visit frequently the trade and conduct market analysis in collaboration with the sales teams to identify opportunity for revenue growth. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, shopper behavior. Utilize market insights to develop pricing, promotional and distribution strategies that align with market conditions and shopper preferences. Foster strong relationships with distributors and retail partners. Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are well-informed about marketing strategies and equipped to promote products effectively. Color Cosmetics /Turkey development Contribute to the establishment of sustainable processes and the definition of collaborative ways of working with our local partner. Provide guidance to Coty sales team and local distributor in the portfolio selection, pricing, and product forecasting process in order to build a profitable business for Coty Color brands in Turkey. Develop local activations and promotions to boost market share and revenue growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor in business, marketing or any related discipline Language Fluency: English and Arabic are mandatory. Turkish is nice to have. Excellent communication skills. Good analytical skills and business acumen Strong Team Spirit 5-6 years experience in trade/ shopper marketing/ trade marketing/ revenue management Agility and ability to evolve in a fast-moving environment: FMCG experience is a plus.
