About You
As the Trade Marketing Manager within the Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) Marketing team based in Koblenz, you will be responsible for creating and executing growth plans with key customers (distributor, channel, trade and eCommerce) to deliver NS, OP and share growth objectives for all Brands across all markets in the Cluster. You will work in conjunction with sales partners to develop Joint Business Plan, customer plans, including portfolio optimization, communication, promotions, incentives & launches.
You will report to the Head of Marketing DACH and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Location: we can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Koblenz Office) for candidates already based in the Germany.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Designing and executing Distributor / Channel Segmentation and Treatment Strategy for assigned Partners, in conjunction with Key Account and Sales teamLeading new channel partner identification and recruitment to support KCP market share growth in strategic segmentsDriving distributor growth by participating in development of distributor business analysis partnering with Business Intelligence / Sales Analytics / SalesWorking with channel partners to design and execute ideal Digital Shelf for all KCP categoriesPartnering with Customer Marketing to identify gaps in current distribution to reach targeted choosers and working with the Sales team to build acquisition plansPartnering with Regional Commercialization teams to execute Category strategies to deliver growth targets for assigned Distributors / Channel PartnersDeveloping annual plan (JBP) for assigned customers and executing omnichannel commercial programs including digital and catalogue content, search optimization, sales promotions and loyalty and incentive programsProviding marketing support to the Sales Organization including promotional requests, distributor presentations, out of stock communications, literature management, new customer setupLeading local digital initiatives and partners with EMEA counterparts to develop & execute digital sales tools, websites, SEO/SEM etc.Managing assigned marketing budget within CFI's and monitors performance of marketing programs (ROI) and adjusts accordinglyActively visiting customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Bachelor Degree, in business-related discipline - preferred Master / MBA with focus MarketingPrevious experience in trade marketing / sales roles, preferably in B2B environment and managing eCommerce customers / digitalP&L management & commercial mindset, product portfolio, digital shelf & promotion managementStrong business & organizational acumen - understanding of market dynamicsStrong analytics and negotiation skillsAble to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstancesFluent German and English
