Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Trade Finance Manager
Poznań, Poland
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and develop trade and export financing solutions to support branch sales objectives with a special focus on emerging markets.
Develop and support asset-based and structured finance concepts by maximizing the use of export credit agencies, private credit risk insurance, and other credit enhancements to minimize the risk exposure to the Company.
Manage the entire process related to credit insurance coverage provided by Export Credit Agencies and Private Credit Risk Insurers.
Assume responsibility for all loan documentation in close cooperation with the Legal Department.
Manage relationships with customer accounts and configure product and service solutions and associated contractual terms that meet the customer's mid-to and long-term needs, taking input from relevant internal specialists. Present the solution to customer representatives and negotiate agreements within a pre-defined range of commercial parameters.
Supervise the department´s Account Management and Reporting function.
Support the development of new financing programs and project finance opportunities for emerging markets by minimizing company exposure based on the use of Export Credit Agencies and Private Credit Risk Insurance and ensuring legal compliance.
Cooperate closely with Credit Management in evaluating credit risk related to new financing exposures.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing exposures and risk structures for the company.
Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events.
Our Requirements:
Degree in a Business/Legal/Finance discipline or Equivalent Level.
Knowledge of banking, financial products, international tax, and banking regulations.
Trade and Export Finance knowledge.
Loan and credit insurance documentation knowledge, including legal aspects.
Excellent English language skills.
Strong communication and relationship skills, flexibility, and being a team player.
Finance experience such as banking, wholesale/retail credit, analysis, or underwriting (4+ years).
Experience with loan documentation and credit insurance (in a bank, captive, or with another exporter).
