Role Summary/Purpose:
The Lead Specialist - Total Rewards will provide analytical and operational support in the implementation of Total Rewards policies and strategies for the businesses in Power Segment in Asia. This role will help to lead in the design, implementation, communication and administration of competitive compensation programs that align with the business plans, goals and objectives of all Power businesses in the region.
Essential Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert to stakeholders in the region on Total Rewards policies, including providing guidance on mid to complex matters, as well as working collaboratively with HR Managers to deliver compensation education, analysis, and products to People Leaders and EmployeesPartner closely with HR Business Partners on both operations (offer package consulting and development, etc.) and strategic decisions within their organizations as it relates to hiring, promotion etc.Support the flawless execution of Global Total Rewards Processes, such as annual compensation review and short-term Incentive program in the region.Support the continuous improvement, including harmonization and optimization of total rewards policies, programs, processes, and practices in the region.Monitor and review changes in compensation laws and regulations in the region; periodically reviews programs and processes for compliance.Collaborate with and support our global Total Rewards team to develop and enhance total rewards reporting, analytics, and insights. Identify process enhancements and automation opportunities to streamline data analysis and reporting.Operational experience in an HR, Compensation, or Finance related role with functional knowledge of compensation concepts, systems, and administration
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, HR, or Data Analytics.Operational experience in an HR, Compensation, or Finance related role with functional knowledge of compensation concepts, systems, and administration

Strong oral and written communication skillsAn agile learner and continuous improvement mindset, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel are essential for this role. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.Communication: Effective communication skills to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with global total rewards teams.
