Work you'll do:
Seeking a data engineer to support newly obtained long-term work in the federal public sector. Seeking candidate with data engineering and architecture expertise that can support fulltime work onsite in Fort Eustis.
Required Qualifications:
ACTIVE Top Secret or higher
8+ years demonstrated expertise with developing, implementing and maintaining performance management systems
8+ years demonstrated expertise in experience in data engineering/architecture including building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data, ensuring data interoperability, implementing data structures, and designing and maintaining data storage (for example, Vantage, Advana, PowerBi)
8+ years demonstrated expertise with SharePoint Systems
8+ years experience with on-premises and cloud business software services (MS Office)
5+ years experience with low and no code business process automation and application development (Power Apps, Power Automate)
5+ years experience with data analytics, reporting and visualizations (PowerBI, Vantage, Advana) and decision-making platforms (Vantage, Advana)
5+ years experience with data modeling and design (Vantage, Advana)
Willingness to work fulltime onsite in Fort Eustis
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future as clearance needs require US CITIZENSHIP

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with database development and administration
Creativity and innovation - desire to learn and apply new technologies, products, and libraries.
Strong knowledge of best practices - willingness to review code and provide feedback to other engineers
Willingness to collaborate with distributed teams
