DeVivo Companies is searching for a Tool Sales Representative for our Northeast Tool Distributors department. Tool Sales Representatives play a key role in driving parts sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships. Their primary responsibility is to engage with customers, both existing and potential, in an outside sales capacity, promoting our tools offerings and building rapport with clients to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
Compensation of $19-$31/hour

Primary Responsibilities:
Visit existing and new clients regularly to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate tools solutions to meet their requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction.
Prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold-calling, and networking events.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and expand the customer base.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our tools to customers, highlighting their value and suitability.
Collaborate with the Tools Manager to ensure appropriate stock levels for high-demand parts and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, pipeline updates, and market trends, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Position Requirements:
At least 5 years- experience in a parts sales or related sales role
Strong knowledge of automotive tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in an outside sales setting.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Procede dealership management software is preferred but not required.
