National Account Co-ordinator
Too Faced have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the team as a National Account Co-ordinator. This role is ideal form someone ready for the next step in their progression to become a National Account Manager who has a strong aptitude for numbers and is goal oriented.
Wholesale and Retail Support
• Reporting into the National Account Manager you will be a primary contact for retailer queries on a daily basis
• Support the NAM with administrative duties, and wholesale achievement through new launch attainment and basic weekly replen
• Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximise opportunities across retailers
• Create system events and order forms for retailers, to be distributed with marketing and visual merchandising support for all new launches
• Ensure excellence in execution in Too Faced stores through the delivery of new product launches and the review of stock availability
• Full ownership of stock allocation of new launches and limited life products working closely with the Events Team to set up stock allocations, escalating and resolving any discrepancies. Follow up with retailers to ensure a 100% buy in and guarantee a smooth delivery and launch
• Support with new door openings set up with internal colleagues
Marketing & Sales Support
Support NAM with:
• New launch & basic stock orders and their smooth delivery in a timely manner
• Promotional and seasonal activities
• RGA's and stock swaps
• Support VM to create new store planograms updating specialty multi assortments on a monthly basis
• Work closely with Marketing, VM, and Social in the creation and delivery of an annual plan for each retailer covering key launches and marketing moments considering both customer acquisition and retention
• Assist in executing all sales elements of the brand marketing calendar
• Build strong internal and external working relationships
• Perform competitor analysis to maintain and improve brand's ranking and performance
• Support education manager to co-ordinate and create digital training for POS teams
Demand & Inventory Support
• Lead the effective monitoring of retailer's inventory to delivery 100% shelf availability across all retail partners, working closely with Supply Chain
• Product analysis to review performance and react to over/undersells
• Support NAM agreeing product launch forecasts with marketing team and demand planning
• Ensure efficient phase out of limited edition and disco products to minimise returns value, offering commercial solutions such as GWP
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be:
• Passionate about the beauty industry with a commercial awareness of industry trends
• Enthusiastic about learning in a fast pace environment and maintain a proactive attitude
• Computer literate, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of numerical ability
• Possess excellent organisation and communication skills
• A team player who can form great internal and external relationships
• Must have experience in merchandising or sales
