In this role you will be responsible for data analysis of top creators and celebrities, and based on this, formulate strategies to support the growth of Vietnamese celebrities and top creators.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data analysis of top creators and celebrities, and based on this, formulate strategies to support the growth of Vietnamese celebrities and top creators.
- Conduct market analysis of the celebrity, star, and KOL industry, understand competitors, and identify growth opportunities. Develop relevant operational strategies.
- Deeply understand the business logic of top creators and celebrities. Design reasonable metrics based on business objectives and agilely and effectively assess and monitor business performance.
- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources. Conduct special analyses related to key business directions, providing support such as goal setting and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, consulting, or business analysis. Experience in top creator operations is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and familiarity with data visualization tools are a plus.
- Good understanding of social e-commerce, content marketing, with practical experience.
- Independent thinker with excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills. Goal-oriented, open-minded, and empathetic.
- Proficient in English communication and writing.
